Our Community BBQ Program supports local community groups and non-profit organizations through fundraising programs that enrich the lives of community members in the Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op trading area.


Community BBQ Program

Through an application process, the community BBQ will be free to use for fundraising purposes, pending certain conditions.

Please read the Guidelines (attached at the bottom of this page) prior to filling out your online application to ensure you are eligible. Note that there are different guidelines for fundraising BBQ’s and personal use BBQ’s.


How it works

Read the guidelines (attached at the bottom of this page) in full. 

Complete the online application form a minimum of two weeks in advance of your fundraising event.

Recipients are chosen at the discretion of Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op. You will be contacted by a team member from Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op to confirm your booking, donation amount if applicable, and product order.

If you are applying for personal use please email marketing@neepawagladstonecoop.com a minimum of two weeks before your event.
