At Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op we believe in making a difference in members’ lives.

Co-op offers lifetime membership benefits, including the promise of high-quality products and services at competitive prices. Everyone is welcome to shop at Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op and everyone is invited to become a Co-op member.

Members are owners. As a member you can participate in the democratic process at our annual meeting. At this meeting you can ask questions, propose resolutions, vote on resolutions, elect board members and become a board member.

Our profits are your profits

When you become a member, you become an owner, which means you will receive a portion of any profits earned by Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op.

The amount members potentially receive is based on a percentage of their purchases throughout the year, of which some is distributed in cash and the rest as equity.

Every year in November we distribute a portion of our profits back to our members. To receive a general repayment equity cheque your cash repayment amount needs to be more than $20. This is based on all purchases made on your member number at any of the Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op locations and the patronage allocation amount voted on by the Board of Directors. Like a savings account, every member has an equity account that grows over time.
