Agro Driver

We employ professional drivers in our Agro Departments in both Neepawa and Gladstone, Manitoba. Seasonal positions begin in the spring and are dependent on the local agricultural season. Length of employment may vary from 2 – 6 months.

As a professional driver with a Class 1 or 3 license with air endorsement, you will be responsible for delivering fertilizer, chemical, seed, and equipment. Other responsibilities include safe and efficient handling of all deliveries, maintenance and cleaning of vehicle, and safety checks.

Additionally, we employ sprayer operators beginning in the spring. Length of employment may vary from 2 – 6 months. Applicants must posses a Class 3 license with Air Endorsement. Spraying experience is considered an asset but is not required as training is available. Sprayer operators are responsible for operation of a High Clearance Sprayer which includes ensuring product is mixed properly, coordinating with water truck drivers, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, sprayer operators will complete work orders, follow safety protocols and ensure proper amount of product is ready for application.

Applicants for Agro Professional Driver positions must have a valid and appropriate driver’s license, be able to work independently and as a team, and possess excellent customer service skills. These jobs require applicants to be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs, work flexible hours depending on the demands of the season and provide a valid commercial driver’s abstract dated within 30 days at time of interview.

Bulk Petroleum Driver

We employ professional drivers in our Bulk Petroleum Department based in Neepawa, Manitoba.

As a Professional Driver with a Class 3 license with Air Endorsement, you will be responsible for safe and efficient delivery of bulk petroleum to domestic and commercial accounts. Additionally, this role includes processing invoices and customer transactions, inventory control, occupational health and safety responsibilities, maintaining vehicle and fuel logs, and general yard duties. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are assets in this position.

This job requires applicants to be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs, work flexible hours depending on the demands of the season and provide a valid commercial driver’s abstract dated within 30 days at time of interview.
